Why Teach This Way

Jr.highers learn best by learning for themselves, so inductive Bible study or directed discussion are used to help students explore scripture for themselves. After students have discovered what scripture says, they need to interact with its truth. Teaching methods are used to challenge students to connect with the lesson. Some students switch on their minds during teaching but do not engage their heart or wills, so it is important to help them realize that they should think, feel, or act differently because of what they have learned from scripture.
