All product returns must include a copy of the packing list for your invoice to receive credit. All returns must be in resalable (CLEAN, UNUSED, UNOPENED) condition with unopened cellophane packaging. Curriculum returned within 2 quarters from its order date may be returned for 80% credit. Priority Service orders will receive 100% credit for curriculum returned before end of quarter, and 80% credit if returned in the subsequent quarter. Books and UNOPENED CDs and DVDs may be returned within 60 days of purchase for 100% credit. Send returns to:
