Who We Are
GCP is a ministry of the Committee on Christian Education of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church and the Committee for Christian Education & Publications of the Presbyterian Church in America. The non-profit corporation is jointly run by a representative Board of Trustees consisting of ministers and elders from both churches.
Our Mission
GCP's mission is to produce resources for the church's work of nurturing and equipping the people of God . . . and doing so with a focus on building Christ's kingdom and preparing believers to "glorify God and enjoy him forever."
Our Perspective
GCP's place among Christian educational publishers is that we operate from a Reformed perspective and seek to reflect the distinctive doctrines of grace. We stand fast on the Scriptures as the only infallible rule of faith and practice. Our theology is based on the Westminster Confession of Faith and Catechisms. See Westminster Standards & Catechisms.
Our Vision
Consistent with the missionary vision of its parent churches, GCP is seeking to serve the church-at-large with solidly biblical, Reformed publications. Our goal is to assist God's people with the exciting ministry of discipling lives in response to the Great Commission.
Our Distinctives
Great Commission Publications has five theological and biblical distinctives that define who we are and what we believe. Click here...
