END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

The downloadable files on this site are copyrighted by Great Commission Publications, Inc. The contents are provided for your education and individual use. You are granted the right to use them as specified in the License Agreement below.

You must agree with the terms and conditions set forth in the License Agreement before downloading or otherwise using any of the contents of this site. This is an agreement between Great Commission Publications, Inc., and you (herein "you"), the purchaser of downloadable content.

You may download the musical arrangement portable document files contained on this site only after you have paid the appropriate fee for their use. You may only use them in the context of ONE CHURCH ONLY. You may display them on your computer, or print them on your computer's printer, as long as the full copyright notices on the images remain clearly legible and as long as you only print out one copy per instrumental performer, music leader or worship leader as required by your style of worship.

The arrangements presented here may be based on materials that are in the public domain. However, the materials themselves are not public domain. Your payment of the download fee gives you the right to use them for your church only.

DISTRIBUTING DOWNLOADABLE FILES: You may not reproduce or distribute the downloadable files (.ZIP files for example) located on this site without explicit written permission from the copyright owner. The files must be unaltered, and specifically must contain any Copyright Notices and License Agreements provided with the original file. Additionally, you may NOT link directly to a .ZIP file or graphics file on the Great Commission Publications, Inc., site.

GCP RETURN POLICY

All product returns must include a copy of this invoice to receive credit. All returns must be in resalable (CLEAN, UNUSED, UNOPENED) condition with unopened cellophane packaging.

Show Me Jesus curriculum (Toddler through Senior High) returned within 2 quarters from its order date may be returned for 80% credit. Priority Order customers will receive 100% credit for curriculum returned before end of quarter, and 80% credit if returned in the subsequent quarter.

Kids’ Quest Catechism Club and Vacation Bible School will be credited 80% of the resalable (CLEAN, UNUSED, UNOPENED) curriculum within 60 days of purchase (20% restocking fee).

Books and UNOPENED CDs and DVDs may be returned within 60 days of purchase for 100% credit.

Pack your returns in sturdy packaging with adequate cushioning, enclose a copy of the invoice and note your reason for return. Send returns to:

Customer must pay all return shipping charges. After we receive the materials, your account will be credited 80% of the reusable materials (20% restocking fee). Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing. We only give credit for those materials that we receive.
